Frequently ASKeD QUeSTIONS:

What is your cancellation policy? We kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance. Many of our classes have a waitlist, and late cancellations prevent other clients from attending. If you have an unlimited pass, you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee or $15 fee for no-showing. If you have a punch pass or drop-in, that class credit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding.

What if I have never done reformer Pilates before? Arrive a few minutes early so you can check-in with the teacher and let them know you are new. They can show you around the reformer before class and provide any support needed during class. Don’t worry, you’ll do great! If you are still unsure, consider starting with a private session to get more comfortable before joining group classes.

What class should I sign up for? Our classes are All Levels, varying layers and spring tension will be offered. If you are looking for specific recommendations, reach out!  See or instructor page for more information on each of or instructors and their style.

What should I wear/bring to class? Wear comfortable, from fitting clothing that allows movement. Bring water and grip socks. There is a place to refill your water bottle.

Do I have to wear grip socks? YES! To help keep the studio clean and ensure safety during class, grip socks are required. Plus, they are fun! Available for purchase if needed.

Do you offer refunds? We have a no refund policy. Account credits may be given under special circumstances within 10 days of purchase.

How does the waitlist work? Our waitlist is managed automatically up to 12 hours before class time. If a spot becomes available during that window, the first person on the waitlist will be added to the class. If a spot opens within 12 hours of class start time, a text will be sent to everyone on the waitlist These spots are claimed on a first-come first -serve basis. A pass is required to join the waitlist. If you do not get into class, that pass will remain on your account and can be used to book another class.

How do I find the 9th & 9th Studio and where do I park? We are on the north side of 700 South directly between Tulie Bakery and Trio. In a cute green house with a yellow front door. There is 45-degree parking on both sides of 700 S and a small parking lot behind Tulie with a few spots designated us. Please do not park in the Trio parking lot.

How do I find the Sugarhouse studio and where do I park? We are in a white building on the corner of 2700 South 900 East. We located in the bottom of the building on the NE corner of the intersection, entrance facing west. There is only street parking at our sugarhouse location. There are plenty of places in all directions. Spread out and please be courteous of our neighbors when parking.  Do not park in the Granite Bakery parking lot, they will tow.

What if I am running late? Please arrive on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to a walk-in client/ For your safety, you may not be able to join class if you miss the warm-up. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the teacher and class experience. You can text the studio to give us a heads up if you are running late.

There is no front desk, where do I check in? You will check-in with your instructor directly when you arrive. If you arrive late, please check-in after class to ensure you were marked there.

Can I do Pilates if I am pregnant? Pilates can be amazing during pregnancy and post-partum recovery. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before signing up. Please also let your instructor know so that necessary modifications can be made for your comfort and safety.

Can I do Pilates if I am injured? It depends! We recommend first getting clearance from your health care provider before joining a class. Please also let your instructor know so that necessary modifications can be made for your as needed. Privates are also an option for 1:1 attention.
