Cancellation Policies:

·         12-hour notice of cancellation is required for all Group Classes. Cancelling with less than 12 hours notice will result in a $10 late-cancel fee. No-show fee is $15. If you are on a punch pass or drop-in, a late-cancel or no-show will result in a loss of that pass but no fee is charged.

·         24-hour notice of cancellation is required for all Private Sessions. Please cancel on MindBody.

·         Cancelling with less than 12 hours notice will result in a $10 late-Cancel fee and as of Monday 3/18 our no-show fee will be increased to $15. If you are on a punch pass or drop-in, a late-cancel or no-show will take that pass but no fee is charged.

·         Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your first class.

·         Regardless of arrival time, Group Classes and Private Sessions will end at the scheduled time.

·         In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. If any class is cancelled at the last minute, client will not be charged for that class.

·         The Point Pilates has the right to cancel, or combine with another class time, any class with 2 or fewer clients enrolled. You will be given adequate notification via email, phone call or text message if this occurs.
 

Purchase Policies:

·         Advanced payment is required to sign up for classes. Appointments can be made online, at the studio or by phone.

·         One month unlimited passes expire 30 days from the date of first visit.

·         10 punch passes expire 3 months from the date of purchase. No Exceptions.

·         20 punch passes expire 6 months from the date of purchase. No Exceptions.

·         Auto-Pay memberships can be placed on a 'Freeze' once per calendar year for a maximum of 60 Days. Must be arranged with management at least 30 days in advance.

·         Auto-Pay memberships can be cancelled any time after the 6 month requirement with written notice 30 days prior to the next billing date. If 30 days notice is not given before the next billing date, the next payment will process and cancellation will be effective the following month.

·         We do not offer refunds and instead will be given in the form of an account credit.
 

Studio Policies: 

·         Prior to any training session, a Waiver of Liability must be completely filled out and signed via MindBody.

·         Please make your instructor aware of any injuries and/or pregnancy.

·         While Pilates is safe throughout pregnancy and postpartum, please listen to your body. Wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth or until your doctor has given you the ok to join classes.

·         For safety and cleanliness Grip Socks are required in ALL classes and may be purchased at the studio if needed.

·         Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given away to any walk-ins or waitlisted clients. If you are 10+ minutes late, you may not be allowed to join class.

·         We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone before classes begin, to avoid interruptions to you and others during their sessions. We understand emergencies can occur, if you need to keep your cell phone on for any reason, please notify your instructor prior to class starting.

·         Please refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes to class.

·         No children are allowed in the studio unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
