      <image:caption>Michael is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, and Pilates instructor from Detroit, MI. Beginning dancing at 17, he attended Oakland University in Rochester, MI studying dance and choreography. He began his Pilates practice in his first semester and continued to practice consistently through his college career. He saw firsthand how Pilates benefited his dancing, and quality of life.  Graduating in 2020, he sought ways to continue moving in the midst of the pandemic. He went through instructor training at McEntire Pilates in the summer of 2021 under the tutelage of Greg Patterson and Trent McEntire. Michael is now a comprehensively trained, certified Pilates Instructor in the McEntire Method, and began instructing at the studio immediately.  In the spring of 2023, he moved to SLC, UT in order to build the life he’s always dreamed of: performing and instructing movement… in the mountains.</image:caption>
